"Lack of continuity of operations and training between different Project Manager and Chiefs. Some Project Managers and Chiefs are interested in developing professional staff members while others feel they do not have the time and resources. Senior staff worried more about their job than the good of the company."

"Company has a great program but they need to have a better way of coaching new associates on their team to its use. Further Senior Staff must be better prepared in their duties as mentors for new members."

"100% continuous travel, Poor management, questionable ethics, weak corporate culture. Biggest complaint is when a PM tells you that the numbers should look a certain way to justify what we call savings to the client."

"You are a consulting firm, embrace technology and change within the company. Get away from the lies of the guaranteed savings to the client because we can manipulate the data how we want but if it is all based on questionable processes then it is in fact a bunch of lies."

"do your online research about the company, read the negative reviews (take out the personal jabs) Ask questions about the PIP & passport, that is how your are ranked. Know that it takes on average 2 years before you bonus and 5-7 years to be a project manager."
