"Growing company, still has an old school mindset depending on the team that your are aligned with. Some of the management is good and wants to see you grow in the company. Still has growing pains as a company that they should work out in due time. Travel weekly can be hard on an individual."

Inside Sales Representative

"Poor management, database 100% out-of-date, HUGE turnaround on talent (ie: inside sales book appointments, but get fired before date of appt, therein commission not paid!)I was hired 10/28 with 2 days of training, was supposed to be 2 weeks, then expected to make bookings in Dec (C-Levels don't book appts for Dec) expected to get 2 appts per week. Fired because I had 11 appts in 5 wks, just none before January... WTF"
