"Ask specific questions about the person who preceded you in the position, why they left or if they were promoted. Ask how long they have been with the agency in their current position. Most in management positions are new to the agency or to the position."

"The change in administration created a hostile work environment. Positions and employee qualifications were no longer evaluated in a logical manner, but rather based on political affiliations and favoritism."

"The management that retained their positions and obtained promotions did so without merit but rather by turning every management decision into a way of advancing those with similar political viewpoints and personal preferences."

"Management has more than 100 years of experience which on the surface sounds nice but in actuality needs a serious makeover and change ASAP!!"

"very challenging because of the diversity and complexity of medical diseases compared to the outside community"

"the environment is too politically driven and the bureaucy hampers the physician to practice his trade; the present supervisory group needs a lot of improvement and the support for the physicians is much less to be desired"

"They have to get involved more and understand the conditions that their phycicians are faced and give them the support they need inorder to be efficient in their jobs before judging whether they are competent in performing their duties."
