"To actually consider suggestions that may help the company before tossing them out."

"I like being out and about making deliveries and meeting new people."

"It's a great job at Lowe's for now, until you are able to find a place to start a career."

"I don't like politics of the store, and management does not work with what deliveries has to do."

"Include deliveries as part of the store, and not as just the back end of the process."

"Freedom to make own decisions and judgement that allows me to complete my work effectively."

"Do not go into an interview with Empire with a negative attitude."
What don't you like about working at Empire Merchants?
"No advancement opportunities. Constant heavy lifting. Working in harsh weather conditions."

"Offer employee incentives. By doing so would boost moral and make the workplace a friendlier environment."

"The rewarding feeling of helping a customer, from just completing an order correctly to price discrepancy, Helping a customer is always a great feeling."

"I don't think there are many tips one could give for this position. It is just a pizza delivery position."
What don't you like about working at Papa John's Pizza?
"There was no opportunity for growth. The position did not align with my major in college."

"I have no suggestions, as I said before it was just a minimum wage job to pay the bills."

What do you like about working at Boulevard Home Furnishings?
"It's only a paycheck until I can do better, no future unless your a family member! long term employees seem to be cast out under very unusual circumstances."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"st.george and surrounding towns offer very little reasonable paying jobs but I would encourage anyone not to even bother applying for any position with the blvd that they may have open, chances are very likely you won't last due to questionable termination practices or pure dislike, no future, low wages etc!"
What don't you like about working at Boulevard Home Furnishings?
"This is the only company I have ever worked for that demotes incompetent team leaders and then eventualy places them right back in the same job a couple years later warehouse. Horrible, lacks professionalism, could care less about firing you for very questionable reasons with no consideration about feeding your family only there bottom line, oh they say there about old fashion values and work ethic etc BS BS but they certainly don't practice what they preach at the height of the financial crisis they terminated 60 plus employees by way of bullying and settng people up to fail using big brother tactics!."

"problems abound starting with the executive leadership, down to the operations management, weak human resources staff and poor business model and zero professionalism and labor management skill. they need to stop with the petty bullying and childish games"

"Quit Pizza Hut forever and don't think of going back."
What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?
"The boss is horrible. She cuts my hours. It destroys my vehicle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would actually care about the employees. I wouldn't punish them to make myself feel better about being fat and miserable."
What do you like about working at UPS?
"It's a well respected company with good pay and benefits."

"It's hard work, hard on your body, with good pay and benefits, which you'll need for later on in life when you start falling apart at the knees, shoulders and your back."

"There is too much management everywhere. The employees know their jobs and do them just fine without someone constantly over their shoulders."

"Treat employees with the respect they deserve and don't treat them as if they were easily replaced."

"I like the customers and the food. I get pleasure from serving food to customers that I know is aces."

"I would suggest that the new employee receive at least two weeks training in the position they are applying."

"The only main problem I have is scheduling issues and they do not give raises"

"I would suggest to monitor employees and give raises bi-yearly"

"I like working at the company because I am basically my own boss and I take the tools they give me to do my best on my route."

"make sure you are prepared for the interview and listen to the interviewer"
What don't you like about working at Schwan's?
"I feel my company could do more to help us, the information seems to be delayed in getting to us and often come out after the fact with information that could have been used days earlier."

"to be better informed in our programs on our handhelds and keep the technology updated and available to the drivers"

"Again, the freedom of movement as well as the route I had, it was a coastal route between Walport and Pacific City."

"Mostly the fact that it went out of business without giving me a chance to get anywhere."

"What I enjoyed about this company was the ability to move around."

"Good luck fitting in. As I said before, I never really felt like I fit in."

"The management was lacking in it's ability to communicate. I would hope they would be more flexable."

"Don't believe everything you hear.Even the person you said you would believe above everyone else can be wrong."
What do you like about working at Papa John's Pizza?
"When it's busy, it's worth it because you work until it isn't busy anymore. If you have other obligations though, you won't be able to meet them unless you arrange it ahead of time."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"With the high turnover, as long as you're clean and competent, you'll get hired. If you're applying for a management position, it's best to have prior experience in food service."
What don't you like about working at Papa John's Pizza?
"When it's shortstaffed, everyone feels it. Delivery times get long, customers get cranky."

"Listen to the feedback from employees at the lowest levels and incorporate it!"
