"I didnt like the pay, having to different pay rates for drivers was dumb"

"Listen to your staff more often on things that they would know better than yourself"

"The rewarding feeling of helping a customer, from just completing an order correctly to price discrepancy, Helping a customer is always a great feeling."

"I don't think there are many tips one could give for this position. It is just a pizza delivery position."

"There was no opportunity for growth. The position did not align with my major in college."

"I have no suggestions, as I said before it was just a minimum wage job to pay the bills."

"When it's busy, it's worth it because you work until it isn't busy anymore. If you have other obligations though, you won't be able to meet them unless you arrange it ahead of time."

"With the high turnover, as long as you're clean and competent, you'll get hired. If you're applying for a management position, it's best to have prior experience in food service."

"When it's shortstaffed, everyone feels it. Delivery times get long, customers get cranky."

"Listen to the feedback from employees at the lowest levels and incorporate it!"

"It is not challenging enough for me and not the creative career that I want for my future. Also, I went to college to be a Mechanical Engineer and that is the career that I am pursuing."
