"I liked working with the people in the store I did, it was the only thing that made it worthwhile."

"The only recommendation I could give for interviewing for this company is to sell your self like every other company."

"I didn't like the company from the standpoint of on my days off that I would always get a call to come in because someone didn't show or anything and I always did come in to help out."

"The only thing I could say to management is to hire more reliable people so that people could actually have days off."

"I didn't like how they sent people home early and left it to carry-out to do our job and pizza cooks job."

"I would suggest to stop sending people home early or help when we get busy or atleast to reward us."

"The boss was not a rational one. There is no room for advancement. There were no health benefits."

"To be more rational, and to take opinions of employees into consideration, and not have a totalitarian regime."

"My immediate boss was top notch. He knew what we were up against in getting our job done and helped us in every way to try to complete our routes."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Beware when they tell you how much per hour you are going to be making. They told me 22 per hour. That was true. But what they don't tell you is that when your training is over they place you on a day rate plus commission. On your best day working there if everything went right you ended up making less then the 22 per hour. Very shady practice in the HR department."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Company would have meetings to ask us how the job could be done better all the time. We at the meetings would come up with suggestions/solutions, and management never acted on anything, making us feel that there was no point in attending the meetings."

"Listen to your employees on the front line. They actually know how to get the job done."
What do you like about working at Lowe's?
"At first Lowe's offered the ability to move up, and I did reach management level."

"Don't expect to have an open door policy at Lowe's. Your voice is not heard."

"They were very cheap and did not want to spend money to fix problems or get the right equipment to do the job."

"Listen to your workers and be more understanding, and put yourself in their place."
