"I worked at CSL Behring for more than 9 years. The company had potential and it seemed the culture was trying to change while I was there, but it was like turning the Titanic. Human Resources and the Management Staff were not on the same page. Management is very "clique-ish," and promotes people they "like" rather than people who have the skills. The staff is fear-based, in that they do not like it when their peers succeed because they are fearful of losing their own positions. It is a very unhappy and toxic workplace."
