"This place sounds like a dream job until you get in there and find how engineering is blamed for a lot of problems. Yet that is only true because no time is put forward to plan a project properly to allow for a timely well commissioned and tested solution. Downtime is never what is promised to allow time to do proper PMs or update processes to fix issues yet is still an engineering problem. Another consent decree is probably enevitable unless this re-org changes manufacturing over proper engineering planning and downtime to implement fixed or projects. My bet is on the former."

"I worked at CSL Behring for more than 9 years. The company had potential and it seemed the culture was trying to change while I was there, but it was like turning the Titanic. Human Resources and the Management Staff were not on the same page. Management is very "clique-ish," and promotes people they "like" rather than people who have the skills. The staff is fear-based, in that they do not like it when their peers succeed because they are fearful of losing their own positions. It is a very unhappy and toxic workplace."
