"Little supervision with little concise direction. Structure and supervison and not good."

"Work more hands-on with employees. Show face in the office more."

"It pays money. Also, the demo work gives you marketing/salesmanship experience."

"My direct supervisor was a micro manager and had no experience dealing with the line of business."

"Please do not hire based on who you know instead interview to see who will be the best candidate."

"The broker business is for changing deals and specials sometimes all in one day."

"I have no suggestions for management. Everything was in a nice environment."

"Introducing new products for clients to consumers.The availability to work at other stores if needed. Do not always have to work the same place!"

"Simply put DO NOT apply for the Walmart team. In my store we have no support or help from the management staff. Also most of the warehouse people do not help support to us as well."

"The people out in the field is what makes the company successful. And we are often over looked."

"Mangement needs to listen to the field workers. We spend more time in the store and know more about the behind the sceens. Do not make this a career choice."

"Very laid-back. We advertise a different company everyday, which makes it not as routine."

"Crossmark is a great company. Event Specialist is perfect for a 2nd job, but not good as an only job."

"I have heard of Crossmark starting new people with higher wages then the workers that have been there."

"The supervisors are not involved at all. Which has its pros and cons."

"The fact that it's laid back. The pay is good."

"Crossmark is good for a second job, but it won't be enough for just one job."

"I need a challenge. Sometimes they hire people and start them at a higher wage than the workers already there."

"I would be more involved. The supervisors are not involved at all."

"To look for more realistic approaches to improve the sales instead of paperwork theories that do not reflect any real growth."

"As a retail merchandiser, Crossmark is strictly a part-time employer and despite your best attempts to fill a schedule you are fighting many others to schedule work."

What don't you like about working at Crossmark?

"Not enough work to fill my schedule, not enough pay to live on my own. Not a job that has any future."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe the management of Crossmark needs to have more consistent work for their employees so they would not have to constantly be hiring more help. Also, they need to consider the use of private vehicles and the amount of money it takes to drive the varying distances for projects."

"The Clients were always appreciative of the work I did."

"If you need experience in retail, this is fine but give yourself a time period of when you are getting out of there."

What don't you like about working at Crossmark?

"Management does things that are sneaky. Definitely do not care about their employees. Could care less if you quit. There is always someone else they can hire and probably a college kid for cheaper."

"Respect and care about the employees and don't treat them just as a name on a paper. These people have families and a lot live paycheck to paycheck. Needs to learn the word empathy ASAP."

"challenging environment and the freedom to think and come up with solutions to challenges."

"Make sure you are up for the challenge and aggressive work schedule."

"The company was large and stable also we had good benefits offered to us."
