"Introducing new products for clients to consumers.The availability to work at other stores if needed. Do not always have to work the same place!"

"Simply put DO NOT apply for the Walmart team. In my store we have no support or help from the management staff. Also most of the warehouse people do not help support to us as well."

"The people out in the field is what makes the company successful. And we are often over looked."

"Mangement needs to listen to the field workers. We spend more time in the store and know more about the behind the sceens. Do not make this a career choice."

"Not enough work to fill my schedule, not enough pay to live on my own. Not a job that has any future."

"I believe the management of Crossmark needs to have more consistent work for their employees so they would not have to constantly be hiring more help. Also, they need to consider the use of private vehicles and the amount of money it takes to drive the varying distances for projects."

"Management does things that are sneaky. Definitely do not care about their employees. Could care less if you quit. There is always someone else they can hire and probably a college kid for cheaper."

"Respect and care about the employees and don't treat them just as a name on a paper. These people have families and a lot live paycheck to paycheck. Needs to learn the word empathy ASAP."
