"Nothing, I found that this company is willing to listen when there are problems and by doing this it helps to fix problems sooner rather than later."

"To help out those with little experience in food service. Also to make sure that all employees understand and some what know all the rules like food safety."

"Spend more time out of the office monitoring the employees."

"Fun environment, active, nice customers, many opportunities, good values, interesting"

"It's a great place to work if you get a good group of managers running your store. Otherwise, it's hard to move up and kind be a bit of a buzzkill when your managers aren't working together."

"The management is often not on the same page and are often against each other. Hard to move up."

"Weed out the slackers and give opportunities to the people who work hard."

"There was nothing to like about this filthy, sloppy place."

"tyrannical managers, lack of control from the head manager, lack of personnel"

"hire more workers, take control of what is going on in the stores"

"My coworkers and I clearly enjoy our jobs and we have developed an impressive list of regular customers who return just to interact with us."

"The manager is very hands off and uninvolved with her employees and therefore doesn't know what should be done to further improve the business."
