"Try to disburse the work throughout the whole crew instead of just one person, and stop playing favorites."

"Just do your best, use your talents and creativity. Make this company the best that it is."

"The inspections, everyone versus everyone. I was blamed a couple of times for mess I didn't do."

"Be open to your employees, listen to them, coach them, advice them, reward them, and recognize them."

"I have years of experience with Burger King. I know how to do just about everything that there is to do there. I really liked that job!"

"It was a great learning experience and it helped me to gain confidence in myself. It was one of the first jobs that I ever had!"

"Understand the commitment you are about to make. Millions are counting on those select few."

"Taco Bell was a decent company to work for, but it's not my choice anymore."
What don't you like about working at Taco Bell?
"I didn't make much money at Taco Bell, and I had to pay for medical and dental benefits out of my paychecks. Even at assistant and general management levels, there was not much income."

"Care more about soldiers and their welfare than the status of an Officer Evaluation Report."

"Don't look at it as a career, because you will never make what it is worth."

"Don't expect people whom you hire to work there for long for how they work them."

"The customers aren't the only people who need to be happy, give your employees at least half the respect."
