"Good starting job in IT."
"I was only with the company for a short period of time, but from day one I felt like the pay wasn't matching to up to the job description, yes we have the chance to make more with commission, but I started as a Data Tech and was making more sells then, than after getting crossed trained to Account Services, not a good job for single parent pay wise."
"Cox is a good company, but they have way too many managers without technical knowledge. The company is top heavy with empty suits talking the talk but not walking the walk. No accountability, the companies message to the public is not what is happening inside. Very political old boy network."
"I've worked at Cox Business for the past 9 years. They are a great company to work for but they sometimes make a person feel that they are nothing but a number there."
"I've worked at Cox Communications for the last 2 years, both as a contractor and as an employer. The majority of the employees are dedicated and make every effort to contribute 110%. There are those that unfairly choose to spread misinformation and not paticipate in their job."
"Horrible upper management, Supervisors were just extensions of upper management, all company YES people."
"A large company with a small market feel that generally is concerned with their employees. The company is still transforming and needs updates to its internal technology."
"No comment at this time. Thank You"
