"I am a people person. I love helping and interacting with people, so being a MED/LAR account manager is perfect for me. I love the fun that you can have selling solutions and finding the right fit for a customer. It's almost like a math problem that you want to solve, every time you talk to them you find another piece to the puzzle. Conversely it takes more time to make money as a MED/LAR account manager but the pay out is greater than that of small business. it can be discouraging at first when you see your small business counterparts making sales quicker than you."

"give credit to employees for their ideas and offer opportunity for advancement"

What do you like about working at FedEx?
"Kinko's had a wonderful training program and tools to communicate with the organization. I had 90 employees, 3 branch managers and 3 business service representatives to communicate with. They provided me with the structure to effectively lead them."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is so much room for growth within the corporate structure."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"There isn't anything bad I can say about working at Kinko's except that I had begun a lucrative business on my own and needed to pursue them. The way they do business is something I use to this day in consultative selling techniques."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At the time Kinko's was attempting to go public or looking for a buy out by Fed Ex. Management was doing the best that they can with the direction of the CEO at the time. Eventually, the CEO had stepped down, kinkos.com business had been downsized and the company did go through restructuring. However, their concept of Work, Love, Play was an excellent philosophy of the work environment."

What do you like about working at Windsor?
"They made a great product and knew how to market it. We had everything we needed to be successful in the field."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Windsor is very distributor focused, and values their distribution relationships. You need to stay in that arena to be successful there."
What don't you like about working at Windsor?
"I believe they were short sighted in their approach to corporate accounts. We didn't need to cut back. We needed to continue to grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The direct business continues to grow with competitors. Windsor needs to commit to the direct market and grow it."

What do you like about working at Information Technologies?
"Unitek was a great place to get your feet wet. I was lucky to work there for 6+ years and learn the ropes."

"Very nice people to work for but they do expect results. Make sure you are ready to work hard!"

"There wasn't much to dislike. The management were all very nice and there was potential for growth in a small company."

"Don't hold back! Sometimes you have to take more risk to get to the next level."

"I loved my job and the company Outstanding with the exception of management change to a service manager that has never worked in sales trying to run sales as a service team....total fail! 8 out of 11 top Account Manager have left....Been bullied out. the new team the new manager has in place is failing....sad!"

"Very challenging environment you have to love industrial sales and have a mechanical mind set."

"change of management to service manager running sales with no experience in sales...."

"I did not enjoy living and working in Florida. We have since relocated to the bay area."

"None. They are passionate and did a great job. They are also very in touch with employees and clients"

What do you like about working at Wilkins Solutions Enterprise?
"Set my own schedule. Work when I want to. I do not report to anyone."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They hire anyone with a pulse. Most of the people they hire are retirees looking for a part time job or someone with a spouse that makes enough to pay the bills. Most are in their late forties and early fifties. They say they are hiring experienced people, it is more like people that can afford to not have a regular paycheck."
What don't you like about working at Wilkins Solutions Enterprise?
"No base salary, management takes too much of the profit on each sale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you aren't going to pay a base or benefits, increase the commission."
