"I have worked for Citrix for two years and it has been a great learning experience. The people are great but never enough or the correct hardware to do the job."
"Citrix is a great company to work for with many perks for their employees. Most of the employees are friendly and depending on the department you work in, you might be able to work from home a few times a month. Having said that, the company is going though some restructuring right now. They use a lot of contract workers and it can be frustrating to be there for years and still not be transitioned into a perm role. It all depends on the department and its leadership. There are departments I would never want to work in and others I would love to have the chance to return to work for. If you can get in as an employee and not just a contractor, it seems to be a good place to work for with room to transfer around into new roles, but most of the employees are overworked since there is a problem getting budget to bring new people on full time and not just through a contract position."
"I had worked for Citrix Systems for over 12 years and found it to be a great company, with cutting edge virtual solutions, and a unique company culture that values everyone's opinion and entrepreneurial spirit."

"I have been working for Citrix for the past 18 months and I have also interned with Citrix the same team last summer. Its an amazing company to work for. They have developed some amazing innovative products. The company maintains a very good atmosphere to work with great people. The learning curve is fine. Though the company keeps hierarchy and maintains less visibility. But overall the company is fine and more so than ever its making progress."
"Citrix has a lot of great things going for it. At the same time, it doesn't seem to be able to get out of it's own way."
"Very good life-work balance. You could work whatever, wherever, whenever. However, the career growth is not positive in some departments. All in all, it is a good company."
"It's a wonderful work place, you get to work with a bunch of talented people and excellent prospect for growth."
"Great place to work. Very relaxed atmosphere, but lots gets done in impressive ways."
"Great laid-back environment. I feel like I am very well compensated for the work I do."
"Expertcity is a company that was acquired by Citrix which is headquartered in Florida. Expertcity was a good place to work. However, soon after the acquisition, there was a division in the QA dept, and later a coup, which resulted in a QA Manager who few trusted. As Citrix Online has continued to grow, the work environment has become increasingly political in nature. Also, since the coup, many Americans have been replaced by Indians recruited from USC. This is no longer a good place."
"Great workplace environment. A true high tech company. Outstanding corporate culture. A good place to start your career and grow to higher places. Need more mid-career professionals vs. millennials."
"I have worked for Citrix for almost 5 years and really enjoy the work and my co-workers. Citrix is a great place to work and I have no complaints about the environment, management, or any aspect of my job. I live 86 miles from the office and due to major construction that is not scheduled for completion for another 2 years, My daily commute is approaching 2 hours each way and while I can work from home I prefer working with closely the development team."
"Great company to work for and build a long lasting relationship."
