"Yes, make sure you research the local franchise and ask questions of why they are looking for new employees. This could be a good indicator of it will be like to work there."

"DID like the technical capability and lack of micromanagement."

"They got caught in the most recent recession and had to reduce the company by about half."

"They ran and run a good company. A significant bond payoff due to concurrent maturity and economic downturn resulted in a perfect storm pretty much out of the control of management. So I would say: try to get luckier next time."
