"Overall, the company is a decent company, however the compensation does not match the amount of work put in."

"Nothing to say. I have been here for some time now and the pay is horrible. I do more work here just because I am in Dominican Republic and get paid as if it was part time. I put almost 10 hours a day of work and get paid for like an hour of work."

Often time positions are left empty with no action plan to have them filled and the responsibilities are added to those remaining with no extra benefits given to those that take on the work. I'm needing to increase my pay in order to make ends meet and find myself unable to that within Convergys."

"Despite actually liking customer service work, Convergys had me excitedly looking for another job almost as soon as I got there. From training we were lied to over and over again by management. We went through four different trainers in the classroom part of the training before it finished. Then had the pleasure of going to the second stage of training, which was on the job and had two very rude and insensitive coaches to top it off. If you value your sanity, stay away from Converygs."

My trainer clearly had zero knowledge of what he was actually doing. He just read directly off the slides and could not answer a single question about the work place. I am happy I got out."

"Since Convergys is just a contractor, a lot of what it does gets dictated to it by outside companies, which actually makes things worse since that means there's yet another layer preventing employees from being able to make any meaningful changes."
