"I liked working at Starbrite because the opportunities available were unlimited"

"Be upfront and advise that if hired for a position it needs to be done they way they feel is the best way they can perform that function. Also get in writing any agreement and promises that are made based on performance inclusive of penalties from lack of performance."

"Starbrite was micromanaged by the CEO limiting the ability of middle management to perform effectively"

"Allow the personnel who were hired to perform a specific function to perform that function without constant interaction via company officers criticising how they want those duties to be performed."

"Due to the break up of the owners' marriage, the last year working there was very tense and the business suffered because of that."

"It is now Atria in Kentucky and no I have no tips."

"Sometimes there were some very long hours. Once we had the new computer system fixed and operational that pretty much went away."

"If you are just looking for a job, then this is a good place to work. If your more interested in helping the company grow and know that you the owner is not concerned if the company makes or loses money then this is not the right place for you."
