"I was part of a team that took Netlist Public. Therefore we put inmany hours. We implemented a Sarbanes-Oxley Porgram. In addition we opened a manufactring facility in China."

"As a result of going public and opening the facility in China we all work many hours, sometimes over 80 hours a week."

"Perhaps temporarily bring in more professional consultants so that permanent employees could reduce their hours spent away from their families."

"It was a smaller company, which gave me an opportunity to be involved in other areas besides accounting. For example I was responsible for Human Resources, IT, Mergers & Acquistions. I dealt directly with customers, vendors and bank relationships."
