"Chaotic project revenue stream - disfunction organizational structure causes too much job insecurity. Seriously high employee turnover."

"Stay where you're at. IMS is a terrible work environment & will probably be out of business within the year due to lawsuits."

"The owner was constantly breaking labor laws and doing other illegal activities. He also let a man who was not an employee drive a company vehicle that resulted in a deadly traffic accident killing a motorcyclist. I was constantly put in situations that I did appreciate since they went against my principles. I was also sexually harassed by the owner's nephew & nothing was done."

"Get a good lawyer"

"Great people (passionate and motivated). You could be yourself (non political). Fun business. Variety of opportunities."

"Susceptibility to market drops. The dotcom bust was a terrible time and that market exists once again so you lose really good people."

"To understand that the company operates under unstructured environment. The challenge is to have your work and efforts recognized by top management under that environment otherwise you would not feel like you are making significant contribution to the company at all. That may affect your promotions and salary increase."

"Some companies operate well when working environment is structured. Some surely do not. I thought the Finance Department would work well when structured."
