"Make sure to ask who is the individual you report to directly and if selected for any position, be allowed to perform assigned tasks without being afraid of write ups"

"The CEO dictated how grant monies were spent without regards to federal reporting requirements on how monies were spent"

"The Controller and Accounting staff should not be re-premanded by the CEO when it follows all Accounting regulations"

"I would strongly suggest that they change the leadership team in the US and redouble the sales efforts of the new Partners. The fixed cost structure should be changed (specifically salaries)."
