"It was a challenging position. My responsibilities were diversified as each outerware designer targeted a different market."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unfortunately, the company closed in the early part of 2012. This was more because of the economy then the operations of the company."

What don't you like about working at Soho Fashion?

"The owners did not always support the suggestions of the warehouse employees. This caused a back up in shipments and lack of storage space."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be to trust the employees at the warehouses and understand that they know the capacity and when to secure additonal facilities."

"When asked for my opinion about certain decisions, I was overridden by the Owner. As it turned out, 99% of the time, my decisions were correct."

"The new COO should speak to employees privately when there is a problem, not in front of the entire Company. It just makes everyone feel uncomfortable."

"Try not to be all things to all people. Each order was too customized so that the likelihood of an error was very high. Sales are king and setting yourself up for failure to meet the customers expectations is not a good idea."
