"Moral was low because of the financial situation - but people were very helpful."

"The location was not ideal for commuting purposes and in a bad part of town."

"Spend more time acknowledging the warehouse workers and encourage communication between office staff and warehouse."

"Be positive, confident and simply be willing to accept the responsibility that no task should be too small. For starts ups, it's important that everyone work as a team even if that means the Controller has to assist in answering telephones."

"I really cannot say anything bad. Sometimes there lacked delegation from VP's on projects; however, overall the company is a huge success."
