As the CO, I am directly responsible for setting the conditions for their success in our market. As for hate... that's a strong word but there have been times that I have felt that my authority has been watered down/too highly scrutinized by higher HQ."

"Be prepared to do whatever your country and the officers above ask of you."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"While on deployment I had to work 18 hour shifts to keep the bird flying."

"Nothing, the structure in the military is one of the best a person can have."

"Working on aircraft that I haven't worked on before was great."

"it was the army. I had to play army and I wasn't used to the army way."

"Nothing. I liked the management structure because you always knew where you stood."
