The things that I didn't find appealing was that most management don't understand the difficulties of trying to collect on difficult customers and thinking that every customer is the same by easily getting them to pay."

"It's close to home. It's indoor work during the winter."

"If there is any way on earth that you can avoid working here, you should. One year at Pioneer Credit will kill your soul."
What don't you like about working at Pioneer?
"There is absolutely NO chance of promotion or advancement here. Management is constantly threatening us with our job. Anybody who makes descent money is a crony or family to management and they don't have to perform. They lie about potential bonus' then never pay what they say. Everything is pooled and they change it at will with no explaination. We are encouraged to work against the other collectors. Managers don't help, they hate."

"Respect employees for thier abilities. Hire real managers who understand how to motivate people without threatening them."

"It was a small company with a quiet environment. We all had our own offices."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"All that glitters isn't gold. I thought this was my 'forever home' but turned out to be my personal Hell. Keep looking. A lot of promises never materialize and management is two faced."
What don't you like about working at Money Transfer Systems?
"Because it was a small company, office politics were pretty bad. Communication was non existant and many times I felt unsupported by management."

"Go the extra mile to connect with your people, it makes for a friendlier work environment. Find SOMETHING to connect with each employee and take a few minutes out of your day just to talk to them."

"I like the location, the benefits, bonus 401k, and pay."
