"I like the hours, benefits, salary. The hours of operation are pretty steady at 8-5 and benefits are quite generous, and salary is good."

"If you're willing to grow at a snail's pace and have support from family you could make it okay."

"The managers are always micromanaging, always on top of you, asking what are you doing, make sure you say this, and do that, it's overbearing and feels like being treated as if we were children."

"Make the employees the priority and work on programs to make the customers more successful at managing their finances."

"Love it, until CitI was sold to Santander"

"I loved everything about it, but when they were sold off to Santander everything changed for the worse with the new company"

"CitI is a great company to work for. They care about their employee and show it"

"Didn't like the new company, however citI was a dream come true loved everything about it."

"I would tell Santander to stop micromanaging and show you care a little about the employee"

"I liked collections on outstand Electric Bills, handling customer disputes."

"The company, should of been more professional, handling there employees with respect."

"None, company closed down, due to Financial and management not handling money for."

"Allied compensates well for those who produce, but they demand that collectors ignore law and common decency."

"Be prepared to check your integrity at the door on a daily basis or walk away before you become involved with Allied."

"The corrupt influence from management. Federal laws are seen as impediments to business goals. Consumers are berated and abused."

"Allied management is beyond redemption. The fundamental culture is one of corruption."
