"I believe this Company needs to change the way they operate since it is geered to be like a pyramid scheme which allows unqualified people collecting debts."

"The hours were good, and the customers were nice, and willing to listen to reason for the call."

"The company was a 3rd party collection agency. Contacting people that were out of work, barely making enough money to pay basic living expenses. All calls were to people that didn't have money or refused to pay on an account that was 2 to 3 years old."

"Well, the hours were flexible (they worked around me going to College)! Good base pay and commission for the state of Florida!"

"They hired an unqualified guy as operations manager who knew nothing about the collections industry. He was a personal banker at a failing bank prior to coming in."
