"I do like the people I work with. We are a cohesive unit to strive to make Hann the best auto leasing/finance business in today's current market."

"Hann FInancial does not make it possible to move up in the company. There is a lack of career advancement opportunity here at Hann Financial Service Corp."

"I am management at Hann Financial, but I would try to establish an open door policy on ideas to create more business in the auto leasing business."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well."

"You want to remove the emotional anxiety that acceptance and rejection can evoke. Planning and preparation is the best way to do that. Find out as much as you can about the company you will be visiting. A company's website can offer a multitude of information, including the types of technologies in use at that company. If not, check out Hoover's Database of companies, or go to Yahoo Finance or other company databases. Get to know the company's background, history, revenues, number of employees, and product or service offerings."

"I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company."

"Communication. If we have a weekly meeting use 10-15 minutes per meeting to have a topic about job motivation."

"The company's main source of income was tied to the tourism industry and made it very susceptible to the tourism highs and lows."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead of depending so heavily on the out of state tourist they need to diversify as well as promote and look for the local tourist. Another business that can be very lucrative is providing temporary accommodations for company executives that are relocation to the area."

"Always be respectful, diligent and resourceful. Never be intimidated to ignore credit guidelines and policies."
