What do you like about working at Paragon Properties?
"The people I worked with and the job I did made going to work a pleasure everyday, I looked forward to going to work. It was a great company to work for."
What don't you like about working at Paragon Properties?
"The only thing I can say was that I had to give the job up due to a personal situation that was out of my control at that time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Always treat your employees with respect, and not everyone learns at the same pace so be patient when training employees on new tasks."
What don't you like about working at Rent-A-Center?
"The lack of care or professionalism corporate has toward its customers and its hourly employees. Sets goals expected to a achieve but will not give the tools or support to achieve these goals. Makes many unkept promises. The hours and scheduling are awful, you are not allowed to have a life outside of the store."

"Was rated on performance and my talents were recognized. Not a personality contest. Just performance."

"A couple of the managers were hard to get a long with and just mean."

"I like the constant difference in customers you may meet, and that fast pace of the collection field, as well as managing my team."
What don't you like about working at Capital One?
"The compensation is not adequate for my job responsibilities, compared to companies that do the same work and people that have my same responsibilities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make a better compensation package. Raise the pay scale to be competitive with other companies in order to keep employees like myself."

"I enjoyed helping customers resolve their debts thru settlements or payment arrangements. That made me feel good about myself."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure your paycheck is right because they tend to short your pay."
What don't you like about working at NCO Group?
"They don't pay commissions as promised. The company is a complete mess. Upper management forced managers to work extra hours but not compensated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change your polocies. Do the right thing. Follow the law and treat people like humans not items."
