"This is by far the worst, unorganized, draining, toxic work environment I've ever worked in. For starters, the trainer began saying nasty, racist things and spoke on my children in the management group chat, which by the way was not supposed to be seen by anyone but the managers, but low and behold she left the screen up and the entire training class saw it. She was only required to give a generic apology but it was gaslighting at best. I responded and that was that. Next, I was written up for attendance, but how can you expect one to get anything done if you are confined to a desk from sun up to sun down. No work life balance, its literally modern day slavery for 17$. Not to mention the hundreds of credit unions you work for with different policies. A company should have one strict policy, not multiple. In addition, a knowledge base that is supposed to help you but the information is outdated. 10 hour or longer shifts with 30 minute lunches, but managment gets an hour and leaves early -if they come in. Job description is false, they change your schedules when DST arrives. Also, you're working to almost 9 at night and starting at 9 in the morning. When you ask for a schedule change, they wait list you. Meanwhile everyone else is getting off at 4:30. My job description stated no later than 5pm, I was getting off at 7pm and 8PM. Couldn't pick my kids up from school nor daycare, attend any games, practices, or beta club parent meetings. I hate i even came across PSCU. worst mistake of my life!!!"
