"My career has been spoiled in CTS because one Supervisor I worked with never recognized my work. I have worked for 4 years in Cognizant. Twice I got 2nd bucket and twice I got 3rd bucket. The 3rd bucket is given by that supervisor. I have been someone who is very professional and manage time well. I have contributed so much in improving the code quality which have become a nightmare with so many defects."
