"Give the entire ownership of a module to a Module leader."

"I only worked there 8 mos. They bought the company I was with (Fathom Consulting), and I didn't want to stick around to see how they would treat us."

"When they were Fathom Consulting, it was like working at Accenture. They had the same type projects and often where at the same clients since they were mainly former Accenture people. The compensation was really good."

What don't you like about working at Cognizant?

"When Cognizant bought Fathom Consulting, I felt they did it to gain market share. I did not want to work for a company that I didn't see as needing a North American Consulting practice when they focus on out-sourcing."

"Good luck"

"Cognizant Technology put me on a project back at my former employer, which is what made me secure. However, because the company mainly dealt with off shoring it wasn't the right company for me."

"The company was an off shoring company based mainly out of India."

"Lot of politics were present in Senior management Level,which indirectly affected the Projects and in turn the Opportunities for the Employees at lower level"

"Go ahead and join if you want new learning opportunities.Don't join if you are looking for more pay/compensation.you will never get that."

"The performance management is poor and the career growth is very less"
