What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?
"I can't say much in this arena but I felt that the company was going into another direction of outsourcing to off shore resources which posed to be affecting the onshore resources job availability."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest too keep the people aspect of the job one of the main priorities. Happy people do great work. Keeping honest communication between the company and the employees are key in maintaining a great relationship through good times and bad times."

"What I liked about Coca Cola was the fact that I worked for them prior in years and I felt it was a strong company to work for even though what I did find out the second time around in the years the company did change so much. I was not as happy as I was the first time."

"There is no longer growth within the company. There is no room for advancement in the company in the way they have the satellite companies set up. Once you have a position that is where you may remain."

"Listen to the employees more openly. Employee longevity shouldn't be a factor In making the best decisions for the company. I think track records are better measurements when making policy changes."
