"The good reviews are lies. Here is a honest one. Pay is terrible. Claims goes by department and is still trash pay. Work you to death and tells you to go faster. You speak of competitive pay the lies. so sad The time they offer is a week off only for the whole year so 365 days and only a week off. Just terrible. No vacation or pto etc. Short-term disability is available after 2 years. So dont plan a vacation unless u plan to be unpaid. I wouldn't use this company if they paid me. Sending out washed and dryer clothes basically recycling. Never nothing brand new. hospitals restaurants run away. Just shut down the whole business. The supervisors aren't trained properly and don't know anything. HR is useless. The plant manager god help us all money hungry. Of course have their favorite pick and be aware of jealousy. If speak up they will ignore you and tell you not to worry. Don't work here. They don't care about you just want to work you like a pack mule and get the benefits and bonuses and show you no appreciation. so many people that have been there long term. Must not know about other high paying jobs. Most are comfortable and don't want to go anywhere else. I see this to be so true. No thanks run for the hills. With employment and your business. Run I say. Majority of the people are foreigners that don't realize they are being taken advantage of. Making this small pay and they work them so hard with no appreciation. Don't get suckered in this job."
"I’ve been working at Cintas for a couple of years and I am really disappointed in the nonexistent level of privacy displayed by the supervisors and leaders in that company they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to confidential information it should be concerning to everyone involved"
"The advanced management program at Cintas is excellent as it truly helps prep you for a senior leadership role. You work in the different aspects of the job: service, sales, and production in order to be well versed in the industry and become a true expert. I would highly recommend it."
"Fine, but disorganized company"
"Cintas is great company where you can make all the money that you want to. But they are having some management issues and opportunity for growth is limited."
"The Cintas culture is deeply connected with employees all over the globe. Very people-oriented and customer-centric. Great company to work for!!!"
"Great place to work! The culture is great and you have the opportunity to advance in just about any direction you can imagine."
"I've worked for cintas for 9 years. I only want to leave so I can work back in NH and be closer to home."
"This is a sales driven company. A company full of used car salesmen from the top to the bottom. They will say anything and do anything to make the sale. This makes doing your job very hard when the customer's expectations are based on lies. Avoid working here. They will use you up and toss you aside without a thought."
"A wonderful Fortune 500 company!"
"Cintas is a great company to work for after you've already had a solid sales training. The company affords you a lot of autonomy to manage your personal book of business. The compensation for your productivity is competitive with the market place."
"Great company. Cares about its employees"
"I've worked for Cintas for over a year and found that the management, as well as fellow partners, are not only supportive of each other but supportive of the companies initiatives. Cintas' is constantly investing in training opportunities for partners and has a very strong focus on partner retention, both motivating and welcoming traits within a company."
"Great opportunity for those looking to get into sales in order to build personal skill sets while focusing on the policies and procedures of the organization. However, there is inconsistency with the work environment which can lead to frustration and low morale. This is NOT the place for more seasoned sales professionals unless you are at the tail end of your career. Compensation (salary) can easily be higher. The industry is not getting easier for new business focused representation."
"I don't know that this company will survive as the evolution of corporate culture becomes more and more progressive. The job security and sense of cross-functionality is nice but inefficiencies within the organization and a lack of procedure ultimately become speed bumps when trying to move vertically within Cintas."
