"Great place to establish a successful track record - true sales experience - a lot of driving and core skills will be taught."

What don't you like about working at Cintas?

"Once the territory was worked you could not sign new business for 5 years - the was no commission for residual business. 100% Cold Calling - no growth within the company for movement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Run Spiff to keep reps' interest when there is no available new business; have training for growth of skills and to help generate new ideas to close business."
