"The reference for a fellow employee is Partner, however that is not the way I saw them treated. The term right to work state was taken to another level. Sensitivity towards employee development for those below the management level should be a priority."

"Once the territory was worked you could not sign new business for 5 years - the was no commission for residual business. 100% Cold Calling - no growth within the company for movement."

"Run Spiff to keep reps' interest when there is no available new business; have training for growth of skills and to help generate new ideas to close business."
