"I feel you have a great opportunity to learn and it is a very flat organization. Even as an entry level engineer you make a direct impact on the product if you are in the right team."

"The Emission Testing Services group at the Chrysler Proving Grounds is a very professional group that does an excellent job. I enjoyed my time a CPG unfortunately, they were not able to get my contract (Via RGBSI) renewed. I would highly recommend CPG as a place to work"

"As Rental Manager the focus of my duties are customer service, precise data reporting and fleet inventory management. With strong inter departmental relations I have been able to set new company records in both unit sales and net profits, all without compromising customer relations integrity. Aiding in the implementation of new processes to streamline for maximum efficiency, scheduling all maintenance, damages management, along with weekly and monthly reporting."

"I've worked for Chrysler in Mexico for about 3 years. Within this time my supervisor had increased its abilities to manage complex challenges and actually promoting better ways for work and to reach persons so the lifestyle is just good. It's not my case since I am direct contract, but for the sub-contractors it's hard to go direct so this usually produces rotation and lack of knowledge within young/recently hired persons. In general, moving up is harder in Mexico than the rest of the corporation due to its singular structure, there are not too much local/decoupled projects to deploy within a wide range of employees. On the other hand, working with other sites and plants, allows you to keep your mind clear and focused on being competitive."
