"Make sure to communicate well with management team, otherwise you don't have place there, and use your mind not the company guide, same is true to build relationships with the team because they love to work as team."

What don't you like about working at Chevron?

"Management team and their CIS system which is considered as judge to help us reach the truth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Many things like age restriction, special women which more of the time misuse their judgement and put wrong evaluation for good employee over four years as good employees and ended up in layoff."
