"There is noting to not like about the company. There are few things that I don't like about the work. Since this is a convenience store, we have to take empty can returns, which I don't like."

"Be honest. Do not try to impress the interviewer, focus on explaining how you can be contribution to the computer operations in the refinery."

"Work is not so dynamic. Improvements are not made constantly on the infrastructure. Initiates must come from Technical personnel without support from management."

"Communicate more with technical personnel to understand flaws and opportunities in the work place."
