"JP Morgan Chase is a great bank to work for. They are clearly the leader in the business when it comes to online banking, phone apps and in branch banking kiosks. As a former Army Officer, I found their corporate culture to be very professional. Clear structure and format for employees and possible career positons."

"I like the benefits and safeness of having a salary. I am used to working on almost strictly commission."

"I would say it's a fantastic job for someone who doesn't mind being bored most of the day. It's perfect for someone who just wants to sit back and collect a steady paycheck."

What don't you like about working at Chase?

"My job is boring. There is nothing I can do to expand my portfolio except call the customers of that branch ONLY. Those customers have been contacted too often, so I end up having to wait for business to walk in the door. Then we have to try to bug busy people who are just coming in for a transaction and try to get them to sit down and sell them something. I don't like selling to people who don't want to be sold, and sometimes don't even know they're being sold to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"With such a huge corporation, there are too many variables for me to even imagine. We have all see what has been going on in the news lately with the CEO losing $3 billion! The only sure thing I can say is they shouldn't do that."
