"Nothing really, just be honest. I was very honest say that it was only a job. And I was there for 3 years."

"The distance, without traffice the drive was about 45 min. Other that that I liked it a lot."

"I can't think of anything that I would improve on. The job was what it was."

"OK place to start your career, established FAs look at PCS there or stay away."

"4 different managers in 13 months, low morale among bankers, operations and compliance departments awful."

"The culture was stagnant. Everyone complained or talked bad about each other, there was no socialization, no personal items allowed, the environment was as dry as toast and just as boring."

"Liven it up, allow family pictures, get a little more personal."

"No warm leads, mostly cold calling and face to face canvassing, sales under 250,000 annual income was automatically given to tele-sales."
