"Understand that it is a sales job. That is the focus, Customer service is a very limited part of this job."

"I do not want to be in a sales focused environment. I want something that is more along the ideas of my degree and in the field I have chosen. I want a career, not a job."

"Being lost in a big group, the hiring process, tuition reimbursement policies."

"Lead your team by example, maximize job knowledge, always motivate your team, and stay positive."

"I like the benefits and safeness of having a salary. I am used to working on almost strictly commission."

"I would say it's a fantastic job for someone who doesn't mind being bored most of the day. It's perfect for someone who just wants to sit back and collect a steady paycheck."

What don't you like about working at Chase?

"My job is boring. There is nothing I can do to expand my portfolio except call the customers of that branch ONLY. Those customers have been contacted too often, so I end up having to wait for business to walk in the door. Then we have to try to bug busy people who are just coming in for a transaction and try to get them to sit down and sell them something. I don't like selling to people who don't want to be sold, and sometimes don't even know they're being sold to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"With such a huge corporation, there are too many variables for me to even imagine. We have all see what has been going on in the news lately with the CEO losing $3 billion! The only sure thing I can say is they shouldn't do that."
