"I am currently a contractor for 3 months now with this company. The environment and work load is average. Mostly projects, but I feel like that the company just isn't a right fit for someone who prefers call center environments. Also not for someone who is looking to move into an app support or programming role. Mostly systems administration tasks."

"Matrix management as it involved employee disciplinary matters. Those thousands of miles away do not know the interpersonal complexities of an organization and need to trust their executive team to provide them with good and accurate information. Without good communication and trust a matrixed organization will not function efficiently."

"They pushed us to do too many sales, I love sales, but it is extremely rude to ask the same customers day in and day out to upgrade/change their accounts when they continuously state that they would prefer not to."

"They need to take into consideration the location of each branch. Some of the locations have different traffic every day while others rarely see any new faces."

"I truly enjoy assisting the homeowners that were in need of modifications."

"Just be sharp and ready to work really hard, but at the same time having the satisfaction at the end the homeowner's home has been saved from foreclosure."

"The process time in getting the loan modifications completed and approved."
