"I honestly enjoyed working for CBS, but I wanted more. I want to work in the city and work at a PR firm dealing with finance and economics. I also wanted to work at a company where I had more room for career growth. I would love to work my way up and stay within the same company for my career."

"The management at CBS was wonderful. My personal manager was not only my manager but I considered him a friend. Management was hardworking and dedicated to their employees."

"The sports side is all I'm interested in now and even then it's not enough."

"If you want the media experience, stay for three months and move on. The culture here is down and upward mobility is non-existent."

"Micromanagement is a huge problem there. Also, there is little trust between management and employees. Lies are told, promises are broken."

"I would earn the respect of those working beneath me. Right now morale is low in the office."

"Following the perscription to one strategy for all operations, despite the diferences inherit to the main business strategy of their subsidiaries. I currently work for a subsidiary, and the strategy does not consider how we do business."

"Please consider different business models whan enacting policy for the company. Cost and profit models are different and allowances should be made to incorporate the differences."
