"I was largely unsupervised and allowed to take my department in a direction I felt best for the online presence."

"The remote corporate oversight seemed cold and impersonal as well as ill informed to local needs and trends."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think out of the box. The same stale, old ideologies that worked in radio 20-30 years ago having been failing for the last 10+ hence the declining value of radio properties nationwide."
