"Training was excellent. It would have been a better job for me if I was older and more experience. It was my first real sales job. I was not emotionally prepared for the metal game of sales."

"Great company culture---extremely smart people and I always get to learn new things, especially new software skills and soft skills through our training department."

"There is sometimes a cultural and informational disconnect between upper management and the day to day activities of us managers within each department. Though it is possible to advance at Cbeyond, some advancements are still more network based than merit-based, and our no-title, no-org-chart culture makes it difficult to discern new titles and responsibilities at times. More formal recognition could clarify that."

"I'd suggest for formal recognition of company organizational changes and achievements."

"Good pay but you'll be dealing with alot of micromanagement types and not enough Tech savy Management that understand what you'll be dealing with on customer interactions over the phone"

"No, if you show up on time you pretty much have this job. They have such a high turnover that they need to hire everyone."

"It was very long hours for little pay and there was no coaching from the managers."

"I would tell them to stop concentrating on micro- managing their employees and help them learn the business. They probably would not have such a high turnover rate."

"Felt like the company has a a lot of business owners with just a bad taste in their mouths. Workers a year ago apparently were not professional at all and its just difficult to compete against other communication company's when their is a bad taste in the owners mouth and one of the most expensive out there."
