What don't you like about working at Cbeyond?
"There is sometimes a cultural and informational disconnect between upper management and the day to day activities of us managers within each department. Though it is possible to advance at Cbeyond, some advancements are still more network based than merit-based, and our no-title, no-org-chart culture makes it difficult to discern new titles and responsibilities at times. More formal recognition could clarify that."
