"Great company culture---extremely smart people and I always get to learn new things, especially new software skills and soft skills through our training department."

"There is sometimes a cultural and informational disconnect between upper management and the day to day activities of us managers within each department. Though it is possible to advance at Cbeyond, some advancements are still more network based than merit-based, and our no-title, no-org-chart culture makes it difficult to discern new titles and responsibilities at times. More formal recognition could clarify that."

"I enjoyed my time at Cbeyond - it was a great introductory sales job, however the management is not the best and you're constantly worried about your job whether you're a top performer or someone who skates along just barely touching quota."
