"I like working with the children because the needed positive influence in their life. The staff was very nice but they did not support each other or have any kind of structure."

"I liked being a case manager, serving the community, my salary, my supervisor and the vision of the company."

"I was harrassed by a certain individual. When I reported it, the environment became hostile. I was happy to look for work closer to my home."

"How do you handle hostile work environments, and do you promote mutual respect and honesty in your employees"

"I enjoyed working with the developmental disabled community they were all so kind and loving dispite their condition."

"If you don't plan on trying to move up in your career, working here would be just fine."

"I did my work, wrote my reports, visited the worksites and all my duties yet I still had too much time on my hands and felt bored."

"To be more proactive with his staff and not so preoccupied with personal issues or other issues."
