"Long hours and travel in the middle of the nights and weekends. not having any time off."

"Ensure enough staff available to prevent staff burn out and listen to staff if they say they are starting to feel burnt out."

"Our administrator was a very weak link and corporate didn't seem to realize that."

"When a facility seems to be having reputation issues they need to look at all players in how to fix that."

"I dislike the distance to drive through major downtown traffic each day. Time could be better utilized at work."

"I would suggest, perhaps, better training of middle management and keeping them in the loop as to what is expected of them."

"Being scared of not meeting hours especially in our demjongraphic area where the poor is a target part of our clientele, sometimes they just do not keep appts because of phones that are disconnected, or constant moving."

"Being able to work inside at a cubicle. However, could hear music and conversations of other employees while I'm trying to do my job."

"Don't go there to work.You will be very disappointed.This was a horrible place to work."

"Supervisor seemed like she didn't know what assignment to have me do. She was always changing my assignment. I never found the break room . No one ever offered to have lunch with me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"She could have organized the orientation period and given me a job description. I never got one. Then after I was in the hospital for 2 weeks, I was told by one of the nurses (an LVN) that I needed to leave. The whole experience was a disaster ."
