"It was a good starter job if you are interested in working in the field."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's pretty easy to get a job here. You will survive if you are flexible and don't take yourself too seriously. Be very upfront and clear about your expectations for types of people you want to work with (ages, etc.). Also be aware that you will have to work odd shifts, weekends, and holidays in most cases."
What don't you like about working at Madison Center?
"It's very unorganized and doesn't treat employees very fairly. The administration makes it difficult to take pride in your work because there is so much emphasis on bureaucratic drama."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop treating employees like expendable commodities. Improve communication so that all employees are on the same page about new (and old) policies. Layoffs are bad for business and morale."
